An average location is 2800 sq / ft to 3200 sq / ft and $550.000 to $650 000. This amount will vary due to the size and geographic location.
What does a franchise include?
Corporate Training, operating manuals, policies, procedures and business management systems and ongoing support and updates for profitability
Can I own more than one store?
Yes, Veloce Italian Kitchen is looking for franchisees that are willing to open multiple stores over time.
Who designs and builds my store?
Veloce Italiano Inc will provide you with a turn key location.
What are the minimum financial requirements?
You will need 30% to 50% of the purchase price in unencumbered capital.
If I do not meet the financial requirements can I partner with someone else?
Yes, you can as long as your partner meets the requirements.
What is the franchise fee?

5% of net sales.
Are there any other fees?
There is also a 2% advertising fee.
How much money can I make as a Veloce Italian Kitchen franchisee?
We cannot provide you with earnings due to Ontario franchise laws, but we encourage you to speak to our existing franchisees.
Do I need to have restaurant experience?
No, but it would be helpful.
Does the franchisee have to be an owner operator?
We prefer if you are but if not an approved principle operator must be in place.
What kind of training can I expect?
All franchisees participate in a 3 week training program. You would train at our corporate store and at your location prior to your opening. We also will be present after the grand opening for an additional two weeks.
Do you choose the location?
Yes and No. We will choose the location or if the franchisee has a location in mind we would look at the location to ensure it meets our criteria for success.
